Harness the power of these statements to guide your work.
Problem and goal statements are important to continuous improvement projects because they help guide all activities and decisions of the people participating in your project. Results of confusing problem statements and goals include duplication of efforts, unnecessary conflict, delayed deliverables, increased project costs and, in some cases, project abandonment. This session will cover basic but powerful techniques to create effective problem and goal statements to help your project efforts be successful.
