Session Description
Operationalize racial equity through project management and maximize the long-term benefits for historically underrepresented and marginalized communities. The framework introduced in this session will provide organizations with practical steps for institutionalizing racially equitable community engagement throughout the lifecycle of projects to ensure that historically underrepresented and marginalized communities are included in project decisions.
