Each student’s IEP is written to address their individual needs. If the student’s SDI is best delivered by the RR teacher or para, then the IEP is written for services in the RR classroom with a RR teacher. If the student’s SDI is best delivered in a gen ed setting, then the IEP is written accordingly and the RR teacher remains the case manager and consults with the gen ed teacher to select curriculum/plan lessons/monitor progress.
