2021 UW Virtual Three Minute Thesis (3MT) Competition

Want to see 12 graduate students from across the disciplines present their work in three minutes, while competing for cash prizes? Register to attend the UW Virtual Three Minute Thesis (3MT) Competition on April 22, 2021, 4:30 p.m. - 6 p.m. Senior master’s students and PhD candidates, representing 7 Schools and Colleges from across UW, will share their research, with a particular emphasis on equity. Join us for these fast-paced and engaging presentations!

Prize money generously sponsored by Bruce and Joanne Montgomery.

In front of esteemed judges, graduate students will compete for First Place ($2,500), Runner Up ($1,500), and People's Choice ($1,000). The online audience will vote for the People's Choice Award! 

UW 3MT is a partnership between Core Programs—Office of Graduate Student Affairs in The Graduate School and UW Libraries Research Commons.
